If you're a beginner or an advanced player, I think you'll benefit from the series of videos I'm going to be posting over the next few weeks. The first thing we're going to focus on is the Serve. The serve is probably the most important stroke in tennis. Without an effective serve, you're always going to find it tough to win matches. This first video focuses on the Service Stance.
