Celebration In Serbia After French Open Last Year For Djokovic, Jankovic and Ivanovic

Congratulations to Novak Djokovic! I just watched him beat Tsonga for the 2008 Australian Open championship. It was a hard fought match, and I felt a little sorry for Novak because the crowd was almost totally behind the underdog Tsonga. Since this was Novak's first grand slam win, I wish the crowd had been a little more even. No worries though. Tsonga deserved it as well though. He came out of nowhere to make the final.

The two videos below show just how popular Novak, Jankovic and Ivanovic are in their native Serbia. This was a celebration after the French Open last year after Ivanovic was runner-up, and Djokovic and Jankovic made it to the semi-finals.

One can only imagine the pandemonium that's going to erupt when they make it back to Serbia in a few days with Novak winning, Ivanovic as runner-up and Jankovic making it to the semi-finals.

P.S. I have no idea what they're saying in this video since I only speak English, but it's fun to watch nevertheless. Enjoy!
